Artists and Engravers: Made by Simon Fokke after own design. Simon Fokke (1712-1784) was one of the most famous bookillustrators of his day. His prints were highly valued by the publishers.

Subject: 6 Antique prints, untitled. 12 small engravings on 6 sheets, each showing a month of the year. Each of the engravings is a small Dutch landscape or city view, and includes subjects like ice skating, reaping, carnaval and sailing.

Condition: Excellent, given age. Very early impressions before the coppeplate was divided into separate plates. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
