Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, iDeal and international bank transfer. Our bank details can be found on the invoice. Online transactions are processed securely by Adyen Payment Services.
Certificate of Authenticity
We can deliver a Certificate of Authenticity on request.
Shipping Information
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, using registered (international) shipping. Other arrangements, such as expedited shipping via Fedex, can be made on request. Shipping rates are always specified on the shopping cart.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. We offer a full money back refund upon return of the item. The buyer pays return shipping. While it is not required that you give us a reason for the return, we always appreciate an explanation.
Returned items should be properly secured and packed before shipping and should be shipped back using the same shipping method (or upgraded) as the original shipment and adequately insured.
We typically issue refunds within 2 business days of the receipt of a returned item.
