Description: From a set of 8 hunts, published by Assuerus van Londerseel. State: Only state Ref: New Hollstein 388 Rare, this set is not mentioned in the original Hollstein volume.

Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Nicolaes de Bruyn' after own design. Nicolaes de Bruyn (1571-1656) was born in Antwerp. He was a pupil of Crispijn de Passe and mostly worked in Rotterdam.

Subject: Antique Master Print, titled: 'Sic varijs corda depensis fallitur hamis' - Different ways of fishing.

Condition: Good, given age. Ample margins, some staining and a slightly separated plateline on the right side. Thin paper sposts in bottom margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
