Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Salomon Savery' after 'Thomas de Keyser'. Salomon Savery / Saverij (1594-1683) was an engraver from the Dutch artist family Savery. He was born in Amsterdam and died in Haarlem. He travelled to England in 1632. Thomas de Keyser (1596-1667) was a popular portrait artist from Amsterdam.
