Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Herman Naywinx' after own design. Herman Naywinx (ca. 1624 - ca. 1654) made only 16 small landscape etchings. Very little is known of him; he is supposed to have moved to Hamburg where he died.
Subject: Antique Master Print, untitled. Landscape with a trees and cliffs near a stream.
Condition: Very good, given age. No margins. Remains of paper / tape from previous attachment on rear. Small tear in top left corner, backed. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
