Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Perelle family' after 'Willem van Nieulandt after Brill'. Made by one of the members of the Perelle family from Paris: by one of the brothers Adam (1640-1695) or Nicolas Perelle (1631-c.1695) or their father Gabriel (c. 1603-1677). Paul Bril (1554-1626) was a landscape painter who worked in Rome, although born in Antwerp. This type of landcape, known as vedute ideate or vedute di fantasia, is a typical example of his best-known work.

Condition: Very good, given age. Ample margins, old ink number verso shining through. Old central fold. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
