Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Izaak Schmidt' after own design. Izaak Schmidt (1740-1818) was active in Amsterdam as painter and etcher of landscapes and portraits. He was a student of his father, Jan van Huysum and J.M. Quinkhart. He worked for a tapistry factory and was also an author of drama and art. His work is scarse.

Condition: Very good, given age. Ample margins, still attached to 18th. Century support sheets. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
