Description: Source unknown. Undescribed set, possibly meant to be mounted around a wallmap.

Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Thomas Catlett' after an anonymous artist. Thomas Catlett was active as engraver in London around 1670-1700.

Subject: 2 Antique master prints, untitled. 12 coat-of-arms of the main London guilds: Mercers, Grocers, Drapers, Fishmongers, Goldsmiths, Skinners, Marchant Tailors, Haberdashers, Salters, Iron Mongers, Vintonners and Cloth Workers.

Condition: Fair, given age. Margins cropped to the image edge, the prints were cut apart and are reassembled on supportsheets. The final emblem with cropped lower corners (a little loss of image). Marchant tailors soiled in the top. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
