Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Michael Fennitzer' after own design. Michael Fennitzer (German; 1641-1702) worked in Nurnberg as engraver and mezzotint engraver. He was one of the early mezzotinters in Germany.

Subject: Antique Master Print, titled: ''Der fur mich hat wollen leiden [..].'' - (He who wanted to suffer for me ...) Portrait of a religious lady. With a three-line verse. The poem refers to Jesus who suffered for men.
