Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Francois Joseph Pfeiffer' after own design. Francois Joseph Pfeiffer (German; 1741-1807) originated from Aachen. He worked in Amsterdam as an engraver and painter.
Subject: Antique Master Print, titled: 'Assemblee Nationale 1789.' - A commemmoration of the reinstatement of Jacques Necker by Louis XVI.
Condition: Very good, given age. Large margins, light soiling and with a crease in the top margin. Some paper loss in the lower right, well outside image area. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
