Description: Very rare, made by Van Os during the siege of the city of Naarden in the winter of 1813-14. Van Os was active as a soldier during this siege.
Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Pieter Gerardus van Os' after own design. Pieter Gerardus van Os (1776-1839) was active as painter and drawingteacher. He can be seen as one of the predecessors of the Romantic movement. His prints are published in small numbers and rare.

Condition: Very good, given age. Full margins, some cellotape staining in the outer edges of the margins. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
