Artists and Engravers: Made by an anonymous engraver after 'Theodore Gericault'. Theodore Gericault (French; 1791-1824) originated from Rouen. He quickly combined his great talent with an interest for horses and everything connected to horses. Together with Eugene Delacroix he changed the taste for art in France in the early 19th. century.
