Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Auguste Raffet' after own design. Auguste Raffet (1804-1860) was a pupil of Charlet. By him, Raffet was influenced in working with lithography. Many of his prints concern Napoleon.

Subject: Antique Master Print, titled: 'Mon ami, je vois que l'air t'absorbe …' - ('My friend, I see the air absorbs you'). Two drunken soldiers.

Condition: Very good, given age. Uncut example. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
