Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Edouard Hamman' after 'Henry Leys'. Edouard Hamman (1819-1888) originated from Oostende. He later worked in Paris, specialising in historic scenery. Henry Leys (1815-1869) was active as a history painter in Antwerp.
