Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Willem Linnig Junior' after 'Willem Linnig '. Willem Linnig Junior (1842-1890) was a member of the very active artist's family Linnig in Antwerp. He also worked in Weimar for a while. Willem Linnig (1819-1885) worked in Antwerp. He was a pupil of Henry Leys.

Subject: Antique Master Print, untitled. The two drinkers. A drunk man raises his glass, probably to have it filled again. His friend has already fallen asleep on the table, spilling the last drops from his glass.

Condition: Very good, given age. Ample margins. A few small stains and some soiling in the margins. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
