Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Gerard Gouw' after 'Jan van de Velde I'. Gerard Gouw (ca. 1590-1638) was an manieristic engraver from Haarlem Jan van de Velde the Elder (1568-1623), was a Dutch calligrapher, writing teacher, and engraver. He was the father of the engraver Jan van de Velde.

Condition: Good, given age. Ample margins, some wormholes lower left corner of the image and left margin. Binding holes in the left margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
