Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Johann Elias Ridinger' after an anonymous artist. Johann Elias Ridinger (1698-1767) worked in augsburg. He specialised in hunting scenes and became very famous with this subjectmatter.

Subject: Antique Master Print, titled: 'Nach der Natur entworffene Vorstellungen ...' - Titleprint to the set of hunts and animals. It features an owl, a tame falcon, and a cat clawing at a shield on which a dove rests. Additional hunting themed objects and scenes all round.

Condition: Very good, given age. Margins cropped to or just over the platemark. Small imperfections in the right and lower sheet edges (not affecting image). General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
