Description: Rare, not in Hippert & Linnig. Probably made when Triest died in 1836.

Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Auguste Numans' after 'Felix de Vigne'. Auguste Numans (*1823) worked in Gand as an etcher and lithographer. Felix de Vigne (1806-1862) originated from Gand. He worked as a history pianter.

Subject: Antique Master Print, untitled. Monument to the deaf mute Institute formed by Father Petrus Joseph Triest.

Condition: Good, given age. Large margins, some foxing and traces of use. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
