Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Jacques Callot' after an anonymous artist. Jacques Callot (Nancy 1592-1635) was a famous baroque printmaker and draftsman from Lorraine / present day France. He was active in Italy employed by Cosimo II de Medici until 1621. He was very influential and popular with his prints.

Condition: Good, given age. Thread margins, laid down in an ornamental border, some browning, one print has traces of ink. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
