Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Guiseppe Maria Mitelli' after 'Annibale Carracci'. Guiseppe Maria Mitelli (1634-1718) trained as a painter with Albani and Canatarini. He produced over 600 prints, many of them with satirical content. Annibale Carracci (1560-1609) was a printmaker, draughtsman, painter and etcher born in Bologna.
