Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Allart van Everdingen' after own design. Allart van Everdingen (1621-1675) was active as a painter in Amsterdam. He traveled to Norway to make paintings of the landscape for the Trip family, who had gun foundries there. After this trip, most of his landscapes have a Norwegian theme.
