Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Thomas Burford' after 'James Seymour'. Thomas Burford (1710-1774) was a painter and mezzotint engraver, active from 1741 to 1765. He was best known as an engraver of portraits. He was active in London. James Seymour (1702-1752) was an english painter, who specialised in hunting and sports scenes.

Condition: Very good, given age. Large margins, some creasing. Light foxing. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
