Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Bart. Vasquez' after 'Antonio Mor'. Bartolome Vazquez (1749-1802) was a Spanish engraver from Cordoue. He was the father of Jose Vazquez. Sir Anthonis Mor, also known as Anthonis Mor van Dashorst and Antonio Moro (c. 1517 1577) was a Dutch portrait painter from Utrecht, much in demand by the courts of Europe. He was a student of Jan van Scorel.
