Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Pieter Schenck' after own design. Pieter/ Petrus Schenk / Schenck the elder (1660-1711/1713), a very important German engraver and cartographer active in Amsterdam and Leipzig. One of his specialties was the mezzotint.

Condition: Very good, given age. Ample margins, old light central fold. Tear and crease in paper edge at bottom right, not effecting image. Manuscript numbering and thick underlining at bottom right. Light soiling. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
