Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Allaert van Everdingen' after an anonymous artist. Allaert van Everdingen (1621-1675) was active as a painter in Amsterdam. He traveled to Norway to make paintings of the landscape for the Trip family, who had gun foundries there. After this trip, most of his landscapes have a Norwegian theme.

Condition: Very good, given age. Large margins. Very vague stain in lower left margin, not effecting image. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
