Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Nicolas Toussaint Charlet' after own design. Nicolas-Toussaint Charlet (French; 1792-1842) was a supporter of Napoleon Bonaparte. He choose his subjectmatter based on this preference. Many prints of soldiers were made by him in the new medium of lithography.

Condition: Very good, given age. Ample margins, two small closed tears in the margins. Some creases and faint soiling in the margins. One of the creases over the top right corner of the image. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
